CrossFit - High intensity, constantly varied, functional movement. Our certified trainers use the methods as taught by CrossFit HQ to deliver to our membership the best in a well rounded CrossFit training program. Our facilities are licensed CrossFit affiliates. Built on the principals of using intensity exercise, combined with functional movements and exercise variance, the workouts change from day to day and are designed to build fitness and general physical preparedness.
All classes are taught in a group setting and led by coaches who teach, cue, and motivate during the workouts. Each class starts with an intro and warm-up, movement prep for the exercises being performed that day and then the workout. CrossFit provides a heart pumping, exhilarating workout experience that is difficult to match with any other exercise program. You will develop all of the 10 general physical skills and promote a lean healthy body!
