Classes
At CrossFit Fort Worth, we use group classes with a coach overseeing and directing all movements, the workout of the day (WOD), training and motivation. The dynamic of the group class setting promotes each athlete to reach a higher level of intensity and potential. See the calendar for specific training time scheduling!
STEP 1
Each member/athlete is introduced to our method of training through an Introductory Session, Baseline Test and then enrolled into the first step toward achieving their fitness goals.
STEP 2
Each new member's program starts with the On-Ramp CrossFit Class.

On-Ramp CrossFit Class - The class content contains the basic understanding of the essential elements, training methodology, flexibility, nutrition requirements of training, and prevention.
Each Class series contains12 sessions for the first 30 days of any new membership at the box. The goal of this class is to develop solid movement mechanics, consistency and then transition into higher intensity training. Each class session will be coupled with a WOD that will support the movements taught for that session.
Each athlete is given their Performance Journal to track and monitor their progress throughout their fitness program, and then after completing the On-Ramp Class, is enrolled in one of three class levels to start their road toward fitness!
STEP 3
Classes are held at specified times and are approximately 1 hour in entire duration. Athletes are matched to a class based on their existing fitness level, mastery of movements and skill and safety. Each class has approximately 5-15 athletes and is designed to meet the needs of the level of its’ participants. Form always rules over function! Safety is kept as a top priority to advance an athlete to the next level of training.
Level 1 Class - Beginning level crossFiting, gymnastic/calisthenic movements, endurance, flexibility, power and basic power lift training.
Level 2 Class - Intermediate level crossFiting with the mastery of the Alpha level training, understanding of metcon, and adding the additional Olympic lifts for clean, shoulder press, push press, push jerk.
Level 3 Class - Advanced level crossFiting with mastery of the two prior levels, and then the addition of the clean and jerk, snatch
Open/Free Gym Times- Both open and free gym times will be scheduled on a weekly basis to allow members to access the gym for training independently.
- Athletes may be required to meet certain athletic milestones before being allowed to advance to the next level of training.
- Special arrangements may also be made for private coaching and skill mastery training on a one on one basis with a coach.
